A Message from the CEO
Invested Escapes is the #1 ranked temporary housing provider in Georgia & nationwide with a focus on working with insurance and relocation companies to provide temporary housing to displaced families nationwide.
Ruben and Celine Kanya as co-founders have over a decade of hospitality and management experience in accommodating guests and tenants from across the globe. Since founding the company in Georgia, in addition to owning and managing a portfolio of single family homes, the company has expanded in providing temporary housing nationwide. Invested Escapes also has a vacation rental division in Massachusetts (Cape Cod) — a special place where Celine and Ruben got married. One of their vacation rentals was recently featured on Destination Channels' StayCation episode and The Home Mag as one of the top places to stay on the Cape.
Together, Ruben and Celine Kanya operate & lead a full service team as temporary housing providers making families and corporations feel at home when away from home. Together they have hosted individual families, employees of companies and partnered with some of the top insurance and relocation companies in the nation. With a background in hospitality, offering white glove service comes second nature, as a company, their superhost status expands on platforms such as Airbnb with over 200+ five star reviews from their years of hosting.

Ruben has over a decade of real estate and temporary housing experience. He is a licensed realtor in both Massachusetts and Georgia, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, an Atlanta short-term rental licensee holder & agent. He recently co-authored an international best-selling book, Hospitable Hosts. Ruben hosts a show called “In the Lab” (experimentrealestate.com), a top show in the business sector listened to globally where he interviews other founders to learn how they've built, scaled and/or exited their business. Ruben can be found hosting networking events, attending them when he is not playing tennis, doing outdoor activities, and/or doing all of the above with his family.

As co-founder and COO, Celine brings her expertise as the head of operations of Invested Escapes' real estate portfolio in multiple states combined with her hospitality expertise as the co-owner of her event planning company (CelSev Events). Celine's background in journalism has spanned across some of the top news organizations in the world from Time Inc to ABC News in New York to La Stampa in Italy — she combines her breadth of knowledge in operations to grow the firm from within while continuing to expand the brand globally.
